📚 Library Helper: Our librarian, Mrs. Socha, needs help checking books back in each week and putting them away. If you have 2-4 hours per month to volunteer, you are NEEDED! There aren't enough hours in the day for her to teach LAMP class and be a full-time librarian.

👕 Shared Dreams: Shared Dreams provides short-term assistance to students whose needs have been determined by their campus nurse and staff. Through generous community support and donations, students are provided with clothing, shoes, toiletries, food, and school supplies. The impact is felt at SCE and all across other FBISD campuses. We are looking for a few volunteers to help organize a few Shared Dreams donation drives throughout the year.

All volunteer criminal history applications are inactivated annually after June 30, 2024. If you wish to be involved in Fort Bend ISD in the new school year (2024-2025) you must update your online application after July 1, 2024.

All school volunteers, field trip chaperones, mentors, tutors, interns, Shared Dreams volunteers, Junior Achievement, private lesson instructors, contracted services, etc. need to review the Criminal History Application - Volunteers link before completing a Criminal History Application.
All applicants completing a volunteer criminal history application will receive an email with the approved or not approved status within three to five business days after application submission. Upon receipt of an 'approved’ status email, feel free to contact your desired campus(es).
